Ah, can see the graphs now.
Looking at that daily one, it's completely normal. What you see at around 15:45 to 16:45 is that something has released a chunk of memory and the system has been idle. Best guess is that something fired up and used memory - thus forcing the system to clear some cache space and release it. When that process finished and releases the memory - you get the dip in used memory you can see. Then later, something has started up that's creating an opportunity to expand the cache again.
On the earlier blip (around 15:15) you can see that the trailing edge has a distinct slope to it - so whatever causes the cache to expand did so more slowly. Did a recording happen to start then by any chance ?
