> It plays from MythTV with uPnP fine, takes an age to find anything and you never know what episode you are watching. The de-interlacing seems ok, for drama anyway haven’t compared it for sport yet.

All sounds like a bit of a shame. I was looking forward to playing with 
a bit of 3D (I've actually enjoyed me experience of it in cinemas), but 
my frontend is nothing special and it's all I'm planning on connecting 
to the projector.
