Yes, I use  the pvr.mythtv addon for Kodi on Ubuntu 15.04, Windows 7 & 
8, Raspberry Pi (Model B and Pi 2 - the 4 core version with 1GB Ram), 
and Android (arm) with mythtv backend 0.27/5 fixes and 0.28pre. All work 
well.

I have used Kodi 14 Helix in the past and am now running using Kodi 15 
Isengard (not yet released, it is at rc status) against mythtv backends 
0.28pre and 0.27/5 fixes

I build both Kodi 15 Isengard and the pvr.mythtv addon from source for 
all my systems.
