I mean that a bit more then that. Where by adding keywords to pages
the automatically appear on those lists. And if you select multiple
keywords you get a sub selection of the pages containing those.

I did not say that in any word! I'm saying that searching the data is
not as easy or logical as possible. And exactly because I do not want
what you say, I suggest to keep everything and then on a fresh slate
first think and create a framework and document that in an easy and
accessible way and then move data there in the mean time looking at
the data and update where needed! Just upgrading the data is undoable
and 5 or 6 years without such a reorganization is extremely long!
Which says a lot about how good it was done!
