Yes, I am using VAAPI.  However, when using LiveTV, VAAPI decoding is
broken every other channel change and the system drops back to FFMPEG
decoding as detailed here <https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12319> in
bug #12319.  The use of FFMPEG versus VAAPI decoding is indicated when
viewing playback data via the playback menu.
