Notice how it says "VLD EncSlice (UNSUPPORTED)"? I'm guessing that means
just the encoding portion (EncSlice) is unsupported, while decoding (VLD)
is supported. You can compare this to the output of vainfo to confirm.
Being an Atom processor, it wouldn't surprise me if it is lacking encoder
functionality.
