Now one thing I might want to add is I believe there is an FCC code 
specifying that end users must be able to use their own equipment to 
receive signals. That was the whole purpose of cable cards in the first 
place.

Does anyone know what that code section is? I don't want to burden a 
simple letter from a simple user with a whole lot of legalese but that 
section might be worth a quote.
