I'll leave it to the 3rd party repos to fill that gap. I'm personally fine
running Fedora rather than EL6/7...

RPM Fusion follows the Fedora packaging guidelines with the very specific
exception of allowing patent encumbered (free) and binary/redistributable
(non-free) software, but otherwise has the same policies. Without getting
too technical, the result of that is I can't duplicate packages that are
already provided. Since RHEL provides qt, I can't replace it.

Interestingly enough, qt5 is provided by EPEL but until MythTV 0.28 is
released I can't take advantage of it.
