In "most" franchises (every franchise is special), the HD Technology
fee (different than the HD Programming fee) enables the HDMI
output, and has nothing to do with HD channels in the package.
"Many" franchises (....) have gotten rid of the HD Programming
fee (and increased the package fees of course; no revenue negative
changes).
