[mythtv-users] What causes "Not Listed" recording status?

I tried to set up a recording yesterday about an hour before the show
started by selecting a recording from the listing guide and choosing
"record this showing", but the recording status showed "Not listed". I then
tried a bunch of variations including "record all on any channel" and even
a manual schedule, using both the frontend and mythweb, but it remained
stuck on "Not listed". All filters were cleared. Weirdly, the same show a
week later shows up scheduled as expected (when using any recording
schedule type). Here's the first few lines from my mythbacked --printsched

I'm particularly baffled why my manual record would not run. I have two
capture cards and two listing sources, both of which have the channel (and
the channel is marked as visible in both sources). The Star Trek episodes
are previously recorded and not scheduled to record. What's going on here?
