Which would be great advice, except that the like DLNA clients
(a TV, PS3, Mobile device) do not really have a method to do
so.  And since the DLNA client does not even lock to a specific
tuner (just a device), you encounter an additional issue (and
some clients may choose any available tuner on any device).
