I'm starting to think I don't even want to screw around with it.  I
just looked and found that the max temperature of those is like 98C,
so I've got a big problem there for sure.

For the time being I may see if switching to a 1x deinterlacer will be
enough to get me by until I can replace it.

I need an express PCI low profile (small form factor) card.  I don't
need fanless.  Is the GT 730 or there abouts a pretty good option
these days for VSPAU and Advanced 2X?
