Mythcommflag run against an mkv file deletes the seek table. Mythtv
seeks fine in mkv files without a seek table 99% of the time,
occasionally the seek is a few seconds off. I would say editing on an
mkv file is not possible. I believe editing requires an mpeg2 file.
