The simplest solution is to use the MythTV PVR Addon, you can then watch
Recorded and Live TV from your MythTV system.
The interface is obviously different from MythFrontend, but if you can
see past that it works well.
I've also seen people complaining that syncing the recorded TV list can
take a while if you keep a really large list of recorded material, but
I've never seen this myself as I move anything I want to keep into
MythVideo.
Best advice is to try it out for yourself.
You'll also want to use the SQL backend for KODI so that it stores it's
databases on the server instead of on the client, which can cause
problems on these Android devices.
