The patch to configure is solely to detect if the builder has setup
basic OpenMAX support. The OpenMAX headers and libraries are in
non-standard locations (and don't support pkg-config) so the builder
must supply paths to all the headers and libraries on the command line.
When Qt is configured with OpenGLES2 support some headers & libraries
are automatically included in the project makefile by qmake so the list
of paths supplied to configure can be reduced.
Many of the tests in configure are simplistic and don't cover all
possible uses. The ultimate test is to compile & link.
