Typically Newegg ships from their warehouse in SoCal ("City of Industry, CA"
as I recall).  But that is often "one day" shipping via the usual
services if they
get it out before the end-of-the-day truck leaves the dock.  Of course, your
mileage (actually, the trucks) will vary.
