FWIW, that commit is in the history of 0.27.4, and that is the latest
version on Gentoo.  I don't see this issue on PHP 5.6.  Since Gentoo mythweb
and php and apache are all fairly out-of-the-box I suspect any bugs are
mythtv bugs, but I'm happy to coordinate any fixes into Gentoo.

I really should get around to doing another fixes bump across the board.

Turns out this was not an issue with PHP version directly. It was an issue
with my mythweb.conf not being updated.
Once I put the update config in the right location and updated it for my
folders/auth the messages went away.
