Have you got your version numbers correct here? Ubuntu 15.04 will
most likely be delivered with the 3.19.3 kernel, no need to wait for
Ubuntu 15.10.
If you want to try either the 3.19.x or 4.0 kernels earlier, you can
download newer kernel versions from:
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/?C=N;O=D
(I'm currently running 3.19.3 + a patch for Intel xHCI controllers on
Ubuntu 14.10).
