OK, with a built from source (1.6.2) dvbv5-scan and dvbv5-zap I can scan all of my transports, including DVBT2, and get all channels. This shows that my h/w works and signal is OK, so it's just a matter of mythtv catching up with h/w that doesn't auto-switch.
