[mythtv-users] Intel NUC DN2820FYKH frontend build

The 'power' button on the MCE remote both turns on the NUC from power off
state and also wakes it up from suspend (pm-suspend).  I didn't have to do
anything special in the BIOS or OS.  That's pretty nice.
