Yes - I remember when I first started with the HDPVR, a 10' cable caused me
grief.  Once I got it under the 9' spec, it worked great.  Since I see the
19usec log lines, that might be it.  It has been ages since I saw the
error, but it was something similar.

Just a stab in the dark from memory.
