[mythtv-users] manipulating missed recordings

The system drive in my backend died last night and I missed some shows
while rebuilding it.  I see these in the guide as "Missed".  Two questions:

Is there any way without looking through the while guide for the hours I
missed to get a list of these recordings?

A few of these recordings my wife watched live and some we'll probably
watch on-demand.  Is there a way to tell mythtv we don't want some specific
episodes to record when they are aired again?
