[mythtv-users] after upgrade, frontend can't connect to backend?

Mythbackend is alive and well on the backend.  Playing recordings just fine.
And by the way, a network ping in a command prompt on the front end shows it
can connect to the backend.  So the backend should be reachable and it is
alive.  Yep, that's what has me stumped.  Thanks again, Hika.
