When I looked for a solution for disabling full screen fanart, I found two
options. I could have just unset or changed permissions on the fanart
directory, or modified the theme. I was modifying the theme anyway, so I
found and removed all of the places where the full screen fanart was
loaded. Option two is not friendly to upgrades, but option one should work.
It is worth noting that option one may continually log errors every time it
tries to add new fanart.
