[mythtv-users] Recomendation about GPU

My recommendation would be to go and buy a modern nvidia card. Something
like a gt430 with about 1gb of ram which isn't even that new anymore and so
can be picked up for £30.

Nvidia is the best supported GPU and although other GPUs have improved
support over the last couple of years nvidia is still reported as being
superior.

Nvidia cards up to gt220 have issues with passin audio on hdmii believe and
must use an internal sound card to puts through using an internal value as
they don't act as a sound card themselves.
