Reverting back to 302dde18b440a52f8c53744129a4c9adfee3ef71 worked
great.  Playback was perfect and it fixed some issues I had with
changing channels and timing out.

If there are any specific patches you'd like me to try on top of this
let me know and I'll apply them.
