It's an OSD Message from

I saw it a lot on 0.26/fixes, though not all the time.

I haven't see it at all on 0.28-pre, though there is an issue with all  
OSD's getting wiped out when a video aspect change is detected, ie.  
auto-comm-skip OSD messages sometimes don't appear.
