Yes, I did make sure the commands were exactly the same. I decided that
my best approach was to re-install 12.04, which I did a couple of days
ago using the Mythbuntu 12.04.4 ISO. All of my issues were resolved
immediately and MythTV 0.27.3 is running fine. Then today I saw a notice
that my Hardware Enablement Stack was no longer supported and that I had
to install 12.04.5, which I have not been able to do. The wiki
instructed me to use the update-manager in the dash but all it does is
post a notice that my hardware enablement stack is no longer supported.
I can't even do another fresh install because I can't find a 12.04.5 ISO.
