[mythtv-users] Schedules Direct DataDirect replacement service testing

Per the request of Bill Meek I tested the /etc/hosts method. I added

54.84.32.205        docs.tms.tribune.com webservices.schedulesdirect.tmsdatadirect.com

to /etc/hosts and then ran

  /usr/bin/mythfilldatabase --remove-new-channels --dd-grab-all

Sorry Bill, no --logpath or --loglevel options in 23.4.

Seems to connect fine:

Resolving webservices.schedulesdirect.tmsdatadirect.com... 54.84.32.205
Connecting to 
webservices.schedulesdirect.tmsdatadirect.com|54.84.32.205|:80... connected.

Slow, but mythfilldatabase has always been slow. No other errors that I 
could see in the output.
