Maybe I'm my own worst enemy, recently I installed Dropbox and chose its
location in one of my storage drives, it worked OK for a few days, but
 when I did a 'sudo rm /var/lib/mythtv' trying to remove only a link
between /varlib/mythtv and /media/storage/mythtv, the entire directory was
removed, and that's when the "problem detected" warnings started showing
up. So I have recreated the directory changed ownership and permissions,
but something must still be lacking:

The backup from 11/07 is 35.5 Kb and from 11/08 it is 2.3Kb, I did a backup
now through MCC and it is 35.6Kb.

What other info can I share to help diagnose this problem?
