Well, since you do not have a HDHR capable of
hardware transcoding, you can not.
SiliconDust is currently shipping an ATSC/ClearQAM
HDHR which can do hardware transcoding (for 2 streams).
The CableCARD equivalent is not yet available (which
will do 4 streams). Last I checked, CableLabs had
not yet approved any new SiliconDust OCUR devices,
so availability of the new model is unknown.
