Zotac makes Atom/NVidia zboxes similar to the ION "nettops", like the 
Aspire Revo.  NewEgg shows a couple of variations, from Atom + 
GT520M/GT610 to i3 + GT640.

If you pick the right parts it's possible to build a mini-itx system and 
add a discrete nvidia card.
