Just some thoughts: have you checked that the user running mythbackend
has permission to write to your home directory?

Does that user have permission to execute the script?

Did you specify the full path to the script?

Linux is generally case sensitive—is the script named Antenna.sh or
antenna.sh? Which did you type into MythTV?
