[mythtv-users] Signal 100% | (TL__) Partial Lock

My channels are all "copy freely" unfortunately.  Wait!  No!  That's fortunately!  I just mean, that's not my problem, but thanks for trying to help.

Another common symptom is when a cable company is using DTCP and they've tagged the channel as anything other than "copy freely".
