Something is stalling on your backend.

To know exactly where, we would need the debugging logs:
run the backend with -v file --loglevel=debug

it will be very verbose (unless you can compile from source, the
actual massive verbosity isn't even useful, I have a small patch that
removes it

the backend was unable to write to the disk, hence the 0MB recording

There has been no change to the backend since the merge of 0.27.1
creation last week.

But there was no major changes to the backend recording / disk control
code since February, when all the fixes that mattered were backported.


it may just be a bad coincidence, and your issue is hardware related.
The logs will tell us more.

Or you could revert the backend to pre 0.27.1 and see if the problem
disappear. But I'd be very surprised if it did so
