I think this was the mistake. You are only supposed to use 'Scan for
Channels' for OTA lineups. Otherwise use 'Fetch'

This is the give-away. You probably have way more than 68 channels
available.

If you Alt-Tab to the console window in which you started mythtv-setup
you can see a little more about the progress that is being made,

Your best bet is to start again. First back up the database, Second,
check that the lineup on the SD website is correct.

Then in mythtv-setup, delete all your tuner cards (since they are now
improperly defined in the db). Re-add the tuner cards.
In Video Sources, delete all sources without selecting any source. If
you already have a source defined, it will 'Fetch' immediately, and that
is the wrong type of lineup, since you did a scan, even if it seems to
say the correct things.

Define the video source (Comcast, not OTA). Ensure that the correct
lineup number is used: OR36458:X and then use 'Fetch' to get the channels,
Set your Input Connections (HDHR-1 -> Comcast, HDHR-2 -> Comcast, etc),
Then check in the Channel Editor to see if the correct channel is listed
as 805. Cross-check on the SD website.
Should be good.
