Shutting down a Myth system is a little more complex than shutting down
a XBMC system because it need to take into account if we are running a
BE and is it busy recording, commflagging, grabbing EPG data etc and
also needs to wakeup to record etc.

It's still a work in progress but in 0.28 there is the new Idle Mode and
Idle Screen which will replace MythWelcome and hopefully make it easier
to set up.

The idea is the FE would either go idle automatically after a period of
inactivity or you could select the 'Enter Idle Mode' option from the
menu or there is also a key binding to do the same. Myth would then show
the idle screen and decide if it is safe to shut down. If it is safe it
would run the necessary commands to shut down or suspend as required. It
also sets a time in the bios to wake up if the system is a BE and needs
to wakeup to record something.
