Tried searching the archive for a solution to my problem and found the
following but no replies.

I am having a similar issue though I have not tried changing to NTSC format.

I have the following information

Note: DVB is working fine, can select dvb channels all OK.

But, If I try to select channel 999 (which I added with the composite source
in myth backend setup)

I get the following error in the backend

The frontend just seems to hang. Sometimes it restarts automatically after
registering a crash other times. I have to kill the process.

Is there anything else I can check.

Thanks for any help, you can give.
