Just be warned that the INSERT used to solve this was taken from
dbcheck.cpp and is intended to create the template on an empty
MythTV database. Readers should not just use it without knowing
what they're changing. For example, it adds the entry for recordid
1, which could be an existing rule on an 'old'. In my case, I didn't
have the problem and didn't try creating the template with the GUI,
rather, I was looking to see how it got created in the 1st place.
