No, you can't say, "results in 0 programs being updated".  You can say, 
"did not _insert_ any new data," (as the generally useless error message 
says).  It just means no new shows after the one with the latest end 
time in your database were put into the database, and you'd get it even 
if every single show in your database was changed and a million new rows 
were inserted, but the max end time stayed the same.
