Hmm.  I wish...

I've been trying minor patches to upnpcdsmusic.cpp in a build from a 
fixes tarball downloaded 29 June, and have just gone back to the 
unpatched version of that file.  My builds from an earlier tarball (with 
patches to upnpcdstv.cpp, #12181, #12187) worked well with tv and videos 
but not with music.

With the 29 June source all the menus and options displayed on the tv 
look fine but I can't get _any_ content (or thumbnails).

I'll try another download - 0.27.2-2-g7e34d53 could perhaps be relevant.
I'm not sure if the version numbers I see are from the source or from my 
specfile; EXPORTED_VERSION has today's date.

My logs at present are showing (copied from another screen)

MythSocket(...:61): Protocol error: 'GET /Con' is not a valid size 
prefix.  132 bytes pending.
No data in ProcessRequestWork()
