Michael,  Thank you, that worked.  I didn't think to press the button on
the TV Remote.  It plugged in Select in the final slot, now all those
functions work.  This is a great solution.

Dan, Give that a shot as well.  Just navigate to the Global bindings editor
on your frontend and see if you can use the tv remote to add the Enter
(Select Command for LG tvs) to your setup.

I have an LG 55LN5600 if that helps you out.
