[mythtv-users] cannot play bluray or dvd's in .27

MythTV builds with/includes private copies of:
- libdvdnav and
- libdvdread for dvd navigation
- libbluray for bd playback

So they could be older than latest release (libbluray is) but they are
always there if those libs were enabled in build process.

VLC (linux) does not include libdvdcss.
