I'm certainly no expert on recording rules and what not, but from what 
I've seen, Myth generally uses the callsign of the station to do any 
matching on.  If that channel on 5.1 changed from WNYW-DT to WNYW I'm 
reasonably sure Myth would see that as a completely different station.
