[mythtv-users] Zotac ZBOX ID86 unable to boot from SD card

Greetings all, I'm attempting to set up a ZBOX ID86 as a FE-only machine 
using an 8gb SD card in lieu of an HDD. I have seen a few older posts on 
the list indicating this does seem to be a workable setup for other ZBOX 
machines.

I think the problem I'm having is the BIOS doesn't detect the SD card. I 
can plug a thumb drive w/live cd environment (e.g. created w/unetbootin) 
into one of the USB ports and am able to install mythtv onto the SD card 
(so the system can clearly find the SD card), however upon reboot the 
system does not detect an OS. Have tried fiddling with the lock on the 
SD card as well as simply loading the live CD bootdisk onto the SD card, 
and no luck.

I have put the SD card into other machines with card readers, and they 
will use the SD card as a boot device. Anyone have a similar experience 
w/a Zotac machine or any ideas?
