fast. I had to swap the Backspace and Escape buttons using ir-keytable
--set-key because during playback MythTV wouldn't recognize Backspace as
Exit like it does for Escape. Probably some overlooked hard-coded key
mapping or something, or maybe Backspace is being eaten by something. I did
some research into where the default keys are set and finally found it
(scattered throughout the code as MythMainWindow->RegisterKey or the
REG_KEY macro), so I can work on making a patch such that MCE remotes work
with Myth out of the box (as much as possible).
