Yes, that's exactly what it means.  And the fact that your EPG provider 
(EIT I'm guessing) lists seconds for start times makes it extremely 
likely that will happen every single time you try a "this showing" rule, 
so...

you won't be able to use "this showing" rules, and should use "find" 
rules as Mike suggested.
