120Hz is nice so 24fps DVD can be shown without 3:2 pulldown.  I have 
never had any issues in Myth with this or audio sync, but I have an old 
receiver that gets audio via RCA out from the TV.

Beware, though, that the "fancy" 120Hz sets also often add image 
processing (soap-opera effect), which many people don't care for but can 
usually be disabled.  Also, if you play games these sets often have 
input lag that can affect gameplay.
