I tried this from a power-off state (S5?) and it didn't wake up with my
particular MCE remote (the Ortek VRC1100). I think I had it in the USB 2.0
port (but it looks like the xhci driver manages all of them anyway). The
BIOS has USB wakeup enabled, and I checked the various wakeup enable states
under /sys and they all appeared to be enabled but at least with my remote
it didn't work. I probably did something wrong, but the remote receiver
didn't flash with the power off, so it may not be maintaining power to that
USB port. It's a pretty cheap option so it's pretty low risk to just get
one to try it out... :-) And even if that particular function doesn't work
(although it looks like it's supposed to), it's still a very solid MythTV
frontend.
