>I feel quite dumb over this one, but how do I enter a word without it disappearing?
>manage recordings / schedule recordings / search words / titles
>Then I want to enter, say, shrek.
>There 's a box that says phrase, a thing in angle brackets that says <new phrase>, and buttons at the bottom that say OK, delete, record.
>With the tab and arrow keys I can move around between the "phrase" entry field and the "<new phrase>" thingie (is it a button?) but not any of the others. If I highlight <new phrase> and press enter, it sends me back >to the "phrase" entry box.
>Now, if I type "shrek" in there, how do I then click OK? As soon as I move the focus moves elsewhere, the entry gets erased!?
>What am I doing wrong and what is the normal way to use this dialog box?
After entering the search criteria, instead of moving down, use the up arrow key, it moves to Record, press up two more time, you are at OK, press SELECT.
I changed the theme, so that the text input field is at the bottom. It will be visible for you tomorrow (or the next day).
Theme changes version 27.4:
- Moved the text input field to the bottom of search dialogs.
- Added a guidegrid layout with channelname only (without channelicon).
To activate this layout, you have to manually copy schedule-ui_channelname_only.xml over schedule-ui.xml, and restart mythfrontend.
Please let me know, if everything is fine now.
